Our offices looked like something out of a horror film this week as Halloween fever took full effect!
We decked the halls with all manner of gruesome decorations – in fact we made a competition out of it!
Resident judges Steve Francis and Robert Stevens once again paroled the offices on the lookout for our Halloween winners.
As always, the two categories they were judging were best costume and best dressed work area, which is a team effort.
Each team was given a budget to go out and buy things to decorate their working area with. Of course we encouraged them to make their own decorations, and for those who did it definitely paid off!
Certain teams even went the extra mile bringing their theme to life, really creating a Halloween experience for the judges!
We had three winners in our best dressed team area competitions – The Purge, The tree of death and The Slaughterhouse!
Each of the three winners all received money towards a meal for their team.
The annual Halloween fancy dress catwalk returned – well how else are we meant to decide our favourite costumes without seeing them in all their gory glory!
People really went out of their way to make an effort this year. With so many amazing costumes it really was a tough decision to find our winners!
But it had to be done, and our judges picked three winners which was Alan from the hangover, Beetlejuice and the Slaughterhouse killer!
The winners all received Love2Shop vouchers, which would certainly come in handy at this time of the year!
The We Plan Group killer was once again on the loose, and there was another ‘death on the call centre floor’.
Police reports were posted throughout the day and a number of vigilant employees figured out that it was HR Business Partner Rhian Head who was this year’s killer!
We of course rewarded the detectives with Halloween treats as a thank you for saving us from the crazed killer!
The staff once again lost their heads for Halloween Bingo – with over 20 people calling ‘Haunted House’!
We were joined by Red Recruitment who challenged our staff to get the best score in the contact centre doughnut wars – we didn’t win the challenge but we got free doughnuts, so we were happy!
We loved getting involved in the Halloween festivities but now it’s over, is it okay to start thinking about Christmas?
