Here at We Plan Group we aim to provide our staff with the best working environment possible. We offer full time (35 hours per week) and part time roles with attractive starting salaries.

The PRIDE awards are a way for us to reward employees who demonstrate our company values throughout the general course of their working day. Team Managers nominate members of their teams to win prizes at the awards ceremony which takes place at our staff parties. 

Generous Rewards System

Here at We Plan Group the wellbeing of our employees is at the heart of all our decisions. As part of our continued investment in our staff, we have developed an employee centric benefits culture. With a focus on health and well-being, level one consists of a Westfield Health policy which is free for staff. This benefit offers employees cashback on various health treatments including private consultations, dental treatment and holistic therapies. Employees can also benefit from discounts with a number of online retailers through Westfield Rewards. Employees are automatically enrolled on level one after two full months of employment. 

Employees can opt for a higher tier membership, which includes discounts at a selection of local fitness facilities. The discounted membership fee is taken directly out of the employees’ wage, before tax. The higher tiers can be accessed as soon as the employee starts working for us, and the Westfield Health packaged will be automatically added after two months employment.





Our staff are committed to fundraising for local and national charities and we encourage them to get involved in fundraising activities both in and out of the office. You can find out more about our charitable goings on by visiting our Community page.





We encourage our staff to dig deep and get involved with charitable dress down days. By contributing a minimum of £1 you can enjoy a casual clothes day and feel good knowing you’re doing your bit for charity - looking good while you’re at it!





Whether it’s a summer festival or a Christmas masquerade ball, We Plan Group certainly knows how to throw a party – and as an employee you’re invited! The parties also feature the PRIDE awards, which is a way of recognising and rewarding the performance of our hardworking staff.





KC’s is our on-site restaurant. Open all day, you can grab yourself breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack from a seasonally updated menu of street food, classics and vegetarian specials. And did we mention we have an on-site Starbucks!





The office has substantial onsite car parking facilities, but we always encourage our staff to consider car sharing and use of public transport where convenient, to help reduce the carbon footprint of our business.





The We Plan Group office is wheelchair accessible and based at ground floor level. We have disabled toilet facilities and designated disabled parking spaces within our car park.





Our staff forum meets every month and is comprised of representatives from every department across the group. The forum reps act as a voice for fellow employees and play an integral part in influencing business decisions and raising employee concerns.





We have teamed up with Gateway Credit Union to offer a payroll deduction scheme. The aim is to help support our staff in saving for the future. Employees can choose to deduct a chosen sum from their wage each month to be automatically transferred into a savings pot.





We realise that the thought of coming back to work after maternity can be a daunting one, and every new mum feels different about it. That’s why we invite our We Plan Group mothers in for maternity coffee mornings to discuss bottles, bedtimes and back to work!





Danielle Nash is our Employee Engagement Officer and her role focuses on the well-being of our staff. She is on hand to offer advice and support to any employee who needs it.
